Keep Life Joyful

​T.S. Eliot said that and he was right. This quote reminds me to keep doing what brings me real joy - not only around new years.
I spent the turn of the year among family and friends on a beautiful Canarian Island.
We enjoyed a few days of surfing, relaxing and some yoga.

My dear friends Sabine and Sascha will be running a guesthouse here on Tenerife not far from El Médano sometime this year. Two great hosts and a special place to stay. I highly recommend their guesthouse. It is still under construction but you can feel the good vibe already. 

I was impressed by these craftsmen. They seemed to have fun painting that huge wall. Pretty amazing way of working and a pretty phenomenal result! 
 
My new year´s resolution? Hosting a Yoga-Retreat at this wonderful place. And…remembering to keep doing what brings me real joy!
